About

The Trinity Plan Review is a project to review and update the Town’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, which were adopted in 2012.

The Municipal Plan is the primary planning document that guides growth and development in Trinity. It establishes the vision, goals, and policies that guide how growth and development are managed within the Town. Development Regulations put the vision, goals, and policies into action through specific regulations that have to do with development activities. Together, the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations shape the Town of Trinity by determining what types of development can happen where.

These policies and regulations have been managing land use and development for more than a decade, and have served the Town well. As new issues and trends have emerged, it is now time to review these documents. This is an important opportunity to establish a shared vision for the future and guide growth and development in the years to come.
